What you get free
A $449-value hole-in-one prize, covered
Reserve one HGA trip for your nonprofit golf tournament held between October 16, 2026 and June 30, 2027 and we cover a full hole-in-one contest on one par 3 — backed by HGA Golf Prizes. No insurance paperwork, no premium to pay, no camera-rental hassle.
Zero risk
Trips on consignment — pay only on what sells
The HGA trip you reserve to qualify is on consignment. We send the bid sheets, certificates, and marketing assets up front. You owe nothing on a trip that doesn't clear reserve, and every dollar above reserve is yours.
Sponsorship magnet
Easy $500 hole sponsorship on top
A real hole-in-one prize is the easiest hole-sponsorship sell of the tournament. Underwrite the par 3 for $500 and the sponsorship revenue lands straight on the bottom line — the prize itself costs you nothing.
How it works
Three steps. Through June 2027.
The tournament has to take place between October 16, 2026 and June 30, 2027. Book by June 30, 2027 and you're in.

We add a covered hole-in-one contest
HGA Golf Prizes runs a fully insured hole-in-one prize on one par 3. We cover the premium, supply the on-course signage and contest rules, and you keep every entry-fee dollar the contest brings in.
Run the tournament, settle after
Sell the trip at your silent auction or raffle, run the hole-in-one contest all day, and pay our reserve only if the trip sold. Anything above reserve is yours to keep.
The math, end to end
A free hole-in-one prize, a $500 sponsorship, and a Golden Ticket raffle.
Here is how a typical tournament uses this offer. You get the hole-in-one prize free. You sell the hole as a $500 sponsorship. You reserve a $100 Golden Ticket to satisfy the "one HGA trip" requirement and run it as your raffle — 100 tickets at $100 a piece.
The hole-in-one is on us. The Golden Ticket is on consignment. The only thing you do is sell tickets and put a sponsor sign on the par 3.
less $2,500 reserve to HGA
Example assumes a $100 Golden Ticket raffle with a $2,500 HGA reserve and 100 tickets sold at $100 each. Larger tournaments routinely sell 200–300 tickets. Sponsorship pricing is a typical par-3 hole sponsorship rate; many tournaments charge more.
How to qualify
Reserve one HGA trip in either format and the hole-in-one is yours.
Most charity golf tournaments use a Golden Ticket raffle or a silent-auction trip — both fit the tournament format perfectly. Pick one (or run both) and the free hole-in-one prize is unlocked.
$100 Golden Ticket Raffle
Sell $100 raffle tickets all day at registration, the turn, the cart-girl run, and the awards dinner. Draw one winner at dinner. The prize bundles 3+ bucket-list trips behind a single package — winner picks which trip they want and has up to 2 years to book it.
Typical net: $7,500 from 100 tickets · up to $27,500 from 300+

Reserve a single bucket-list trip (or a small set) on consignment as silent-auction lots at the awards dinner. Golfers bid all night between courses; you pay our reserve only on what sold and keep every dollar above. Pair with Vacation Station for a multi-trip silent-auction table.

Running a live auction at your tournament?
Most golf tournaments skip the live auction (no auctioneer, awards-dinner format) — but if yours has one, a live-auction headliner trip qualifies too.
