For your fundraising team

Why this package wins for nonprofits

The World Passport taps into what bidders crave most: choice and variety. Your winners get to decide—a 2-hour canal cruise through Amsterdam's waterways, a food tour in the Jordaan or De Pijp neighborhoods, Broadway tickets to Hamilton or The Lion King in Times Square, or all-inclusive beachfront days in Antigua, Barbados, Saint Lucia, or Saint Martin. That flexibility, combined with the emotional draw of a getaway for two, creates genuine auction momentum. This is pure consignment: your nonprofit pays nothing upfront. If the package sells, you only owe the $2,995 reserve—and keep every dollar above it. The trip spans continents and experiences, making it compelling for a wide range of donors while HGA handles all the logistics and booking complexity.

For the winning bidder

The experience your winner walks into

Imagine two scenarios unfolding: In Amsterdam, winners check into one of four hotel options—the Pestana Amsterdam Riverside, Boutique Hotel Albus, Clayton Hotel, or Jan Luyken—for 4 nights. They drift along the canals on a 2-hour cruise, then choose between a food tour through the Jordaan district or the De Pijp neighborhood, tasting local specialties and street-level Amsterdam life. Alternatively, winners might pick the Caribbean Passport: 4 nights at an all-inclusive beachfront resort in Antigua, Barbados, Saint Lucia, or Saint Martin, with all meals, drinks, gratuities, and non-motorized water activities included. Or they choose New York City: 3 nights at a Times Square hotel, two tickets to a Broadway theater—perhaps Hamilton, The Lion King, or MJ the Musical—and the electric energy of opening night. The package is theirs to shape, booked at least 90 days out and valid for 24 months.

Multiple trip options

After the sale

Sell the trip. Hand us the winner. You're done.

Send us the winner's name, email, and phone — we do the rest. Within 24 hours, a dedicated HGA booking specialist reaches out to your winner, and your team is officially done. No itineraries, no follow-up emails, no "did they ever book?" anxiety. Your nonprofit gets the credit; we do the work.

Our in-house booking and customer-service teams handle every detail. Your donors brag about the trip and the way your nonprofit treated them.

Sell it as many times as you want

There is no cap on how many times you can put this trip in front of bidders — same night, next event, every year. Reserve it once, sell it again and again. You only ever pay the consignment cost on the trips that actually sell.
