For your fundraising team

Why this package wins for nonprofits

The World Passport package creates immediate bidding momentum because it offers genuine choice—your winners select their own destination after purchase. Will they book the 2-hour Amsterdam canal cruise and choose between the Jordaan or De Pijp food tour? Head to a Caribbean all-inclusive beachfront resort in Antigua, Barbados, Saint Lucia, or Saint Martin with all meals and drinks included? Or claim their Broadway theater tickets in Times Square for shows like Hamilton, The Lion King, or MJ the Musical? That flexibility, combined with four nights of lodging and curated experiences in one of three completely different regions, speaks to every type of traveler in your auction room. For your nonprofit, the consignment model means zero risk: you pay HGA only if the package sells, and you keep every dollar above the $2,995 reserve. The trip pays for itself through bidding momentum alone.

For the winning bidder

The experience your winner walks into

Winners will choose their adventure: Amsterdam offers four nights at one of four hotels—the Pestana Amsterdam Riverside, Boutique Hotel Albus, Clayton Hotel, or Jan Luyken—plus a 2-hour canal cruise and a guided food tour through either the Jordaan or De Pijp neighborhoods. The Caribbean Passport delivers four nights at an all-inclusive beachfront resort with the freedom to pick Antigua, Barbados, Saint Lucia, or Saint Martin, all meals and drinks included along with non-motorized water activities. New York City grants three nights in a Times Square hotel plus two Broadway theater tickets to a show of their choice—Hamilton, The Lion King, MJ the Musical, or other iconic productions. In every case, the pair travels together, moves at their own pace, and builds the trip around what matters most to them.

After the sale

Sell the trip. Hand us the winner. You're done.

Send us the winner's name, email, and phone — we do the rest. Within 24 hours, a dedicated HGA booking specialist reaches out to your winner, and your team is officially done. No itineraries, no follow-up emails, no "did they ever book?" anxiety. Your nonprofit gets the credit; we do the work.

Our in-house booking and customer-service teams handle every detail. Your donors brag about the trip and the way your nonprofit treated them.

Sell it as many times as you want

There is no cap on how many times you can put this trip in front of bidders — same night, next event, every year. Reserve it once, sell it again and again. You only ever pay the consignment cost on the trips that actually sell.
