In Waikiki, they might glide into the water for a turtle snorkel or book a sunset swim and sail, watching the coast turn gold. In Kona, the choice is between the Capt. Cook Reef Snorkel, a Manta Ray Night Snorkel under the stars, or a seasonal whale watch if timing aligns.
